Corporate Health & Wellness Excon 2026

OVERVIEW

In today’s rapidly evolving digital workplace, employee health has moved from a peripheral concern to
a fundamental pillar of organisational success and long-term growth. Organisations now face a triple
challenge – the silent epidemic of work-related stress and mental health struggles, the growing social
burden of substance and drug abuse quietly but detrimentally affecting the workforce, and the
necessity of optimising productivity in a competitive economy. Simultaneously, a positive shift is visible
as the working class embraces active lifestyles, evidenced by the surge in company-organised sporting
events and fitness clubs.

The Corporate Health and Wellness Excon (exhibition and conference) acknowledges that human capital
is the primary driver of corporate success. By aligning organisational culture with health-relevant
personality traits such as conscientiousness (for focus and self-discipline) and emotional stability (for
stress resilience), companies can mitigate the risks of absenteeism and presenteeism. The Excon serves
as a vital ecosystem where employers, employees, and wellness providers converge. For health insurers,
pension funds, and medical service providers, this platform offers a unique opportunity to engage
directly with institutional clients, promote preventative healthcare, and address the long-term financial
implications of wellness. Furthermore, by including churches and chaplaincies, the event recognises the
critical role of spiritual and psychosocial support in fostering a resilient workforce, ensuring a truly
holistic approach to institutional health. For employers, this is an opportunity to empower their
workforce through knowledge-sharing and free health screening.
